Higher Education Design
Home Studio is the proposed renovation of an underutilized studio space in Kresge Art Center on Michigan State University's campus. This design proposes solutions to improve current space planning, storage deficiencies, use of wall space, and psychological comfort among users. Through the use of smooth textures, flexible furniture solutions, and custom built features, this proposal aims at creating a space users can express full, unbounded creativity while feeling as if they are right at home.
